Nice to meet you. I’m Gabriela.
I’m a psychologist, founder, strategic advisor and ICF PCC coach. I connect psychology, leadership, consulting and facilitation across countries and contexts.

My approach
I call my approach Be Possible.
It grows from years of working with leaders on power, relationships and change — and from experiences that shaped me long before I gave the work a name.
Growing up and beginning my career in Venezuela made me deeply aware of what happens when power is disconnected from responsibility, ethics and care. I saw how the misuse of power affects people, relationships and whole systems — and how much leadership matters in shaping whether people feel dignity, fear, possibility or harm.
That experience, together with my work in psychology, organizations and leadership, is one of the reasons I became so interested in power dynamics, ethical leadership, and the human responsibility that comes with influence.
From Venezuela to Oslo, I have carried a question with me:
What becomes possible when we understand the system we are in, recognize the power we hold, and learn to use it well?
Be Possible means power with responsibility — leadership with ethics, awareness and human care.
“What is possible?” opens the horizon.
“What really matters?” gives direction.

I studied psychology with clinical and organizational orientations, then brought that perspective to leadership and team work in Venezuela.

Building CreaPsique
I founded and led CreaPsique, bringing psychology, coaching, psychodrama and experiential learning into work with people, teams and organizations.
“CreaPsique was one of my first laboratories.”
By 2017, I was leading it with a team, taking part in wider coaching networks and supporting the Venezuelan chapter of Desafío Coaching Global. I carried those lessons into the international work that eventually brought me to Oslo and Be Possible.
